Pan Hsu Mon is single, is a Buddhist and has High School education. She has a big household of 7, is the first born and has 4 younger siblings. Her father is a rice farmer.

She worked as a seamstress in a garment factory for 3 years, also did the house chores and helped to look after her younger siblings. Being the eldest has molded her a sensible, responsible and thoughtful young lady. She is aware of her family's financial status, and is determined to work hard in SG to give her parents and young siblings a better living condition.

Hsu Mon is warm-hearted, humble and caring. She is also energetic and interactive, a big sister who likes caring for the little tots. Though with no experience in infant care and elderly care; she is a keen learner who is adaptable and can take work pressure. She can communicate in simple English, and a little Chinese and is learning to cook more local dishes in the training centre. She does not consume beef and pork but can handle them.

She is hopeful and looking forward to work in SG to upskill herself and to better support her family.
