ye Nandar Aung is married with 2 sons aged 4 and 7. She is a Buddhist and has Secondary School education. She is the eldest, has 2 younger sisters who work on the farm with her parents and her husband.

Apart from 2 years working in a garment factory; she is a full-time housewife, devoting her time caring for her newborns and her 85-year old dementia grandmother, also did the household chores and cooked for the family. Amidst the chaos, she is juggling caregiving duties with love and patience.

Aye Nandar is humble, down-to-earth and caring. She is mindful of the expectations from the employers and is taking her training seriously. She can look after infants and young children, as well as the frail elderly. She is patient and respectful; communicates in simple basic English and is a non-fussy eater.
